2027 Corporate Intern - Talent Acquisition

About the role

Associated Bank offers a 12-week corporate internship in its Talent Acquisition team. The program gives hands-on experience, mentorship and networking opportunities while exploring career possibilities. The internship is open to students who have not yet graduated.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in the structured internship program, including orientation, workshops, networking events, a research project and professional development activities.
• Support a dedicated line of business with day-to-day tasks, project work and assigned deliverables, following company policies and confidentiality guidelines.
• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with candidate sourcing, resume screening and requisition review.
• Represent the company at job fairs, campus recruiting events and other talent attraction activities.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition process improvement projects and emerging talent programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree student with sophomore, junior or senior standing at the start of the internship; must not have graduated before then.
• Preferred: strong written and verbal communication, ability to use AI to research and organize information, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
