Corporate Controller – Healthcare Services (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Controller to lead accounting and financial reporting for a multi‑entity healthcare services organization. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will own the monthly close, consolidate results, and drive budgeting and forecasting activities while working in a hybrid environment (2 days onsite, 3 days remote).

Key responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes across multiple operating entities.
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reporting packages.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash‑flow management, and variance analysis.
• Manage general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, fixed assets, and treasury functions.
• Develop and enhance accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting procedures.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting for the CFO, Board, lenders, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate external audits, tax reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Support acquisition due diligence and post‑acquisition financial integration.
• Partner with operational leaders on cost, revenue performance, and financial planning.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 9+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience, including controller or senior accounting leadership roles.
• Healthcare accounting experience is required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multi‑entity consolidations and complex financial reporting.
• Experience supporting acquisitions and integration projects.
• Strong leadership and team development experience.
