Corporate Banking Relationship Manager - Associate

About the role

Santander is seeking a Corporate Banking Relationship Manager – Associate to support senior relationship managers in client management, transaction execution, and portfolio oversight. This position offers the chance to contribute to strategic business activities within a technology‑driven financial institution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide support to senior bankers and act as a secondary point of contact for clients.
• Lead preparation of client presentations, including research, analysis, and creation of marketing materials and pitch books.
• Coordinate cross‑sell opportunities, working with credit, product, and global network stakeholders.
• Serve as the main liaison with the Risk Department, preparing risk presentations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal risk controls.
• Monitor transaction execution to meet client expectations and perform client research to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 3 years of hands‑on corporate banking experience.
• Strong understanding of corporate finance, banking products, and credit analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork abilities.
