Copywriter / Project Lead

About the role

We are seeking a versatile copywriter who can craft headlines, scripts, social posts, memes, and blog copy while leading projects from concept to delivery. The role sits at the intersection of politics, culture, and emerging trends such as crypto and AI.

Key responsibilities

• Write and edit copy across multiple formats and client sectors, collaborating with video teams on scripts and messaging.
• Partner with art directors and designers to ensure copy and visuals work together seamlessly.
• Lead projects through ideation, feedback cycles, and final delivery, coordinating with account leads, designers, and production teams.
• Manage small projects and work streams independently, including administrative tasks like project tracking and notes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in an agency or similar creative environment.
• Strong writing range, able to shift tone across political advocacy, corporate, and consumer work.
• Proven ability to manage timelines and maintain creative quality.
• Familiarity with political and advocacy landscapes is a strong plus.

Required skills

• Portfolio website showcasing ad campaigns, activations, headlines, scripts, and video work.
• Experience collaborating with designers, art directors, and video producers.
