About the role
The Coordinator, Scheduling & Team Member Support will manage all aspects of part‑time staffing for Player 15 Group’s arena operations. This high‑impact position ensures smooth hiring, onboarding, scheduling and communication for over 500 team members across guest services, traffic support and security.
Key responsibilities
- Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling and communication for 500+ part‑time arena team members.
- Oversee monthly team‑member schedules and weekly time approvals, creating consistent, efficient processes.
- Collaborate with People & Culture on hiring events and onboarding activities.
- Assist team members with uniform, training, account access, schedule and pay inquiries.
- Generate regular staffing reports and provide data‑driven recommendations to leadership.
- Prepare event cost recaps and support the event settlement process.
- Manage uniform inventory, distribution and related logistics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone, email and in‑person interactions.
- Passion for team‑member engagement and delivering high‑quality service.
- Self‑driven individual capable of balancing scheduling and administrative tasks around an event‑driven calendar.
- Flexibility to work non‑traditional hours, including nights and weekends, as event needs dictate.
Required skills
- Experience with ABI scheduling system or similar scheduling software.
- Proficiency in reporting and data analysis tools.
