About the role

Urrly is rebuilding recruiting for an AI‑native world and is looking for a Recruiter, Client Delivery to join its growing, profitable business. This associate‑level position combines AI‑driven workflow automation with human judgment to find strong candidates, earn client trust, and drive successful placements. The role is fully remote within the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Learn each client’s business, role requirements, and evidence of candidate fit.
• Build targeted candidate pools and conduct thoughtful outbound outreach.
• Persist through unanswered messages and manage difficult searches without treating candidates as volume metrics.
• Conduct frequent candidate conversations, interviews, and assess actual experience.
• Track multiple searches simultaneously, keeping owners, decisions, dates, and next steps organized.
• Provide clear, proactive updates to candidates and clients to maintain trust.
• Leverage AI for research, drafting, search planning, and workflow improvement while verifying output.
• Identify gaps in automated processes and help improve the recruiting workflow.

Required profile

• Background in high‑outbound sales (SDR, BDR, inside sales) with measurable results, or full‑cycle recruiting experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Demonstrated top‑performance relative to peers (quota attainment, rankings, placements, or similar outcomes).
• Strong organization, accurate note‑taking, dependable follow‑through, and comfort with high‑volume outreach.
• Clear written communication, curiosity, and ability to accept candid feedback.
• Practical AI fluency with examples of using AI to improve real work and verifying results.
• Genuine desire to excel in recruiting and help build the business.

What we offer

• Base salary $70,000–$80,000 per year with a target OTE of $110,000.
