Human Resources Manager II (Bilingual Spanish)

About the role

Cintas is looking for a Human Resources Manager II to lead core HR functions at one of its locations. The role blends talent acquisition, employee relations, payroll and benefits administration with a strong focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee turnover, recruitment, hiring, onboarding and training.
• Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Drive positive employee relations and address workplace issues.
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, workers’ compensation, unemployment and other employment laws.
• Lead safety initiatives, train partners on safety policies and promote a safety‑first culture.

Required profile

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, including safety program exposure.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Comfortable using intranet and internet tools for HR processes.
