Coordinator II – Manufacturing Line Maintenance

About the role

The Coordinator II supports the Maintenance team by managing preventive maintenance (PM) work orders, scheduling, and equipment repair coordination. The role ensures high‑quality workmanship, timely service, and strong relationships with internal customers and Quality Assurance.

Key responsibilities

• Generate, schedule, review, close, scan and file PM/UM work orders in the CMMS.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and repairs across cross‑functional operations and third‑party vendors.
• Maintain equipment asset data, spare‑parts inventory, and procurement of supplies.
• Compile monthly KPI reports and maintain related documentation.
• Provide training for new coordinator team members.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2‑4 years of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of GMP and quality management systems.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, time‑management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, shifting‑priority setting.

Required skills

• Experience with CMMS for work‑order management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Ability to read and prepare technical documentation.
