Coordinator, Brand Marketing

About the role

Player 15 Group, the sports and entertainment company behind the Phoenix Suns, Phoenix Mercury, Valley Suns and Mortgage Matchup Center, is looking for a motivated Coordinator, Brand Marketing. You will support the planning, coordination and execution of integrated marketing initiatives that drive fan engagement and strengthen brand affinity.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns aligned with brand and fan development strategies.
• Coordinate timelines, deliverables, creative assets, approvals and cross‑functional communication.
• Support seasonal marketing plans, tentpole campaigns and promotional initiatives.
• Help implement culturally relevant, audience‑focused programs based on fan insights and demographic trends.
• Coordinate grassroots, youth‑focused, school outreach and community‑based activations.
• Manage logistics for theme nights, fan experiences, community events and in‑market activations.
• Track campaign performance metrics, attendance reporting and promotional analysis.
• Maintain project calendars, marketing inventories, event documentation and campaign schedules.
• Assist with budgeting, invoicing and operational coordination as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, Business or a related field.
• Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events or community initiatives.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
