COO - Lending Solutions - Portfolio Management

About the role

The SCIB Portfolio Manager is a senior Vice President role within US SCIB COO Lending Solutions, responsible for portfolio management, credit monitoring and administration across multiple lending lines. This position supports Infrastructure Finance, Structured Finance, Leveraged Finance, Investment Grade corporate lending and GTB-linked credit exposures.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate quarterly and annual credit reviews, including financial performance, rating considerations, covenant compliance and collateral status.
• Monitor covenants, collateral, insurance requirements and documentation, tracking exceptions, waivers and remediation actions.
• Support amendments, waivers, extensions, repricings and restructurings through credit analysis and approval coordination.
• Produce portfolio reporting, KPIs, KRIs and management updates for senior leadership and regulatory stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Credit, Risk, Legal, Operations and Transaction Management to ensure coordinated lifecycle management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 7‑10 years of experience in CIB portfolio management, credit analysis, lending or related risk management roles.
• Strong credit judgment, attention to detail and ability to meet recurring review deadlines.
• Experience mentoring junior team members and improving operating routines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience with loan systems and portfolio reporting tools (e.g., Loan IQ).
• Proficiency with spreading tools, covenant monitoring systems and loan documentation platforms.
