Contract Sales Recruiter – Nationwide Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a Contract Sales Recruiter to join a leading construction services and building products organization. This remote, full‑time position will support nationwide sales hiring initiatives with an immediate start and the possibility of converting to a permanent role after 3–6 months.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for sales positions across the United States.
• Handle a high‑volume workload of 40–80 active requisitions.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract passive sales talent.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels to build prioritized candidate pipelines.
• Source candidates from construction, building materials, industrial distribution, manufacturing and related sectors.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and coordinate screening, interviews and offers.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting in Workday and Excel.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably focused on sales hiring.
• Proven success sourcing passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience recruiting within construction, building materials, industrial or manufacturing sectors is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
