Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the contract negotiation process from start to finish, ensuring flawless execution and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define contract requirements, terms, and conditions.
• Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to protect company interests.
• Review and analyze contract performance, identify improvement areas, and recommend optimizations.
• Develop and present contract metrics to senior leadership, including V.P. of Sales and Directors.
• Lead product launches, marketing programs, and product discontinuation activities with contract expertise.
• Supervise a team of two or more direct reports and/or managed services.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date contract records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, local, and company regulations, policies, and procedures.
