As a Consulting Recruiter, you will drive growth for Baker Tilly by managing full‑cycle recruitment for experienced consulting professionals. You will partner closely with business leaders and HR to deliver a high‑touch candidate experience and shape recruiting strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for experienced consulting hires, from kickoff calls through offer negotiation.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role requirements and talent profiles.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates and ensure a positive candidate journey.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using various channels.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting, preferably within professional services or consulting.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple requisitions.
