Consultant, Tax Consulting Engineer

About the role

The Consultant, Tax Consulting Engineer provides advice and guidance to identify tax recovery opportunities for clients. This involves researching tax issues, analyzing data, performing reconciliations, and completing complex calculations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver review and audit services for clients.
• Prepare documents, reports, and client presentations.
• Research tax issues and analyze relevant data.
• Perform reconciliations and detailed calculations.
• Understand client methodologies and business activities.

Required profile

• Four‑year college degree from an accredited institution with a minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Excellent organization, time‑management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, be a team player, and take limited supervisory responsibilities.

Required skills

• Beginner’s knowledge of Microsoft Word.
• Beginner’s knowledge of Microsoft Access.
• Beginner’s knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Beginner’s knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Beginner’s knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
• Internet navigation and research skills.
