Construction Robotics Field Specialist

About the role

Rinvio is seeking a Construction Robotics Field Specialist to support the deployment and operation of robotic and autonomous equipment on construction and infrastructure job sites across the United States. This full‑time, travel‑heavy position requires weekly trips to project locations and close collaboration with site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and adjust robotic/autonomous equipment, sensors, and electronics in active construction environments.
• Work with operators, site leadership, and technical teams to safely integrate equipment into daily operations.
• Document technical issues, field observations, equipment performance, and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with testing, calibration, repairs, component installation, and preventative maintenance.
• Support scheduled field operations that may include nights, long shifts, or changing project conditions.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with construction, heavy equipment, field service, machinery, robotics, or industrial equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort using tools, electronics, sensors, and field diagnostics.
• Ability to communicate clearly with operators, construction teams, and technical support.
• Willingness to travel weekly and work in outdoor/construction job‑site conditions.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and ability to lift up to 60 lb.

• Salary range $115,000‑$125,000 per year, based on experience.
