Construction Project Manager, Facilities

About the role

BETA Technologies is seeking a Construction Project Manager to act as the primary liaison between the company and external construction managers on capital projects. The role involves overseeing coordination, construction practices, scheduling, quality assurance, and on‑site safety while supporting the company’s mission to revolutionize electric aviation.

Key responsibilities

• Review electrical, mechanical, structural, landscape, architecture, and interior design drawings for coordination and quality.
• Manage shop drawing and submittal review processes, ensuring conformance with project design.
• Provide schedule reviews, jobsite progress assessments, and CPM schedule updates.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly construction activity reports and conduct status reviews with leadership.
• Oversee RFI and PCO processes, permitting, approvals, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in budget preparation, job cost review, and FF&E installation coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 3+ years of construction management experience in a project management role for a general contractor, developer, owner, or municipality.
• Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to lead and collaborate across internal and external teams.
• Self‑starter with strong leadership, organizational abilities, and high integrity.
