Construction Project Coordinator – Pre‑Construction & Bidding (US Projects)

About the role

Join a leading US‑based residential and multi‑family construction firm as a remote Construction Project Coordinator. You will act as the operational hub for 5–6 active projects, overseeing the full subcontractor bidding cycle and ensuring smooth pre‑construction workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete subcontractor bid cycle, issuing RFPs to up to 40 trades per project and tracking submissions.
• Perform detailed proposal leveling and overlay drawing sets in Bluebeam to identify discrepancies.
• Draft and track Requests for Information (RFIs) to resolve design conflicts.
• Verify subcontractor insurance certificates and maintain compliance documentation.
• Maintain project documentation, bid packages, and status updates within Buildertrend.
• Coordinate daily communication among project managers, design teams, subcontractors, and clients.

Required profile

• Advanced English (B2+/C1) – both technical and conversational.
• 2–3+ years of experience in construction project coordination, pre‑construction support, or project administration.
• Proven experience on residential or multi‑family construction projects.
• Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
