Concierge – Luxury Retail Client Experience

About the role

Louis Vuitton is seeking a passionate and creative Concierge to be the brand’s ambassador on 57th Street. You will be the first point of contact for clients, setting the tone for an exceptional luxury experience and ensuring every interaction reflects the Maison’s promise.

Key responsibilities

• Build genuine relationships by identifying client needs and directing them to the appropriate departments and product universes.
• Welcome and greet clients with the highest level of courtesy, acting as the primary liaison within the store.
• Maintain and manage the daily calendar of client appointments and in‑store events.
• Collaborate with the Client Experience team and store staff to deliver a seamless, personalized service.
• Achieve individual and team performance goals while supporting overall business strategy.
