About the role
Join Reliable Robotics' People team to ensure compliance with employment laws and manage the employee benefits program. You will support the organization’s mission to transform aviation through advanced automation.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor federal, state and local employment law changes, manage reporting, and update policies and the employee handbook.
- Administer health, retirement, leave programs, coordinate enrollments and life‑event changes with vendors.
- Maintain accurate employee records in the HRIS and support compliance filings.
- Conduct benefit surveys, recommend new offerings, and implement HR processes to enhance employee experience.
Required profile
- 3‑5 years of experience in HR compliance and benefits administration.
- Working knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ADA, ACA and related regulations.
- Experience handling multi‑state employment law and global benefits administration.
Required skills
- HRIS and payroll system management
- Benefits administration (health, retirement, leave)
- Knowledge of ERISA and 401(k) compliance
