About the role
LinkedIn is seeking a Compensation Analyst to support region‑wide compensation strategies across multiple U.S. locations. The role blends data‑driven analytics with program management to help shape fair and competitive pay practices.
Key responsibilities
- Lead project management for company‑wide compensation programs, defining plans and workflows.
- Provide analytics and reporting support for compensation initiatives.
- Develop and deliver communications related to compensation changes.
- Execute special data‑analytics projects and partner with the compensation team on global initiatives.
- Identify improvement opportunities using established methodologies and tools.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least 2 years of program or project management experience, preferably in compensation.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
