Community Manager – Westmont Commons

About the role

The Community Manager oversees day‑to‑day operations of the Westmont Commons property, leading staff and ensuring financial and operational goals are met while complying with all relevant housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the property budget, analyze financial statements, and monitor revenue targets.
• Approve vendor invoices, manage petty cash, and ensure proper insurance documentation.
• Oversee lease enforcement, resident applications, rent collection, and eviction processes.
• Implement marketing and leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Maintain resident satisfaction by addressing complaints and service requests promptly.
• Conduct regular property inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and appearance standards.
• Hire, train, and supervise property staff, managing performance according to company policies.
• Maintain owner relationships through regular updates, tours, and responsive communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant property management, sales, marketing, and customer service experience.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication, conflict‑resolution and customer‑service skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with property‑management software (Entrata, Yardi, OneSite).
• Advanced skills in internet, word processing, spreadsheet and database management programs.
• Valid driver’s license (including for operating a golf cart on‑site).
