Community Manager – Tinker on Forty8

About the role
The Community Manager for the Tinker on Forty8 property will oversee daily operations, lead the on‑site team, and ensure the community meets financial and service standards. This full‑time position is based in Oklahoma City and reports to Greystar’s regional management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day activities of the assigned property, including staff scheduling and resource allocation.
- Develop and monitor the property’s budget by analyzing financial statements and market data.
- Set rent rates, collect rent and fees, and ensure timely posting of payments.
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and other relevant regulations.
- Drive resident satisfaction through community events, communication, and issue resolution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in property or community management.
- Strong analytical skills for budgeting and financial performance evaluation.
- Knowledge of multi‑family housing regulations and best practices.
