Community Manager (Lease-Up) – Luxury Active Adult Community

About the role

Greystar is launching Album Dorchester, a brand‑new luxury community for active‑adult residents (55+). We are seeking a dynamic Community Manager to lead the lease‑up phase and ensure long‑term success of this 150‑unit property.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all on‑site operations, including leasing, resident services, and maintenance coordination.
• Drive leasing velocity to meet occupancy targets and financial goals.
• Manage and develop on‑site staff, fostering a high‑performing team culture.
• Ensure compliance with Greystar policies, as well as federal, state, and local regulations.
• Cultivate a vibrant, resident‑centered environment tailored to the lifestyle of 55+ occupants.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community management or lease‑up within multifamily housing.
• Strong operational expertise and a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to lead teams and manage resources effectively.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and company standards.
