Community Manager – Gaming

About the role

Warner Bros. Games is seeking a passionate Community Manager to lead and nurture player communities across Discord, Reddit, Steam and other platforms. You will act as the voice of the studio, ensuring timely communication of game updates, patches and events while gathering valuable player feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor, engage with and moderate gaming communities on Discord, Reddit, Steam and related channels.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to publish game updates, patch notes and announcements on schedule.
• Collect and report player sentiment and feedback to internal stakeholders.
• Identify and recruit community moderators, ambassadors and volunteer contributors.
• Assist studios in training on moderation processes, incentive programs and escalation procedures.
• Develop and execute player‑focused community initiatives that align with broader marketing campaigns.
• Support multiple premium console and free‑to‑play titles.

Required profile

• Minimum four years of experience in gaming community or forum management, preferably with AAA titles.
• Strong understanding of gaming community ecosystems and moderation techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Passionate gamer with a deep interest in video games.
