Community Producer

About the role

We are looking for a Community Producer to design and run programs that deepen engagement with our global audience and act as the voice of Dhar Mann Studios. This hybrid role blends strategic program development with daily hands‑on interaction, turning fan enthusiasm into lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute fan‑focused initiatives such as feedback loops, challenges, contests, Q&As, and ambassador programs.
• Identify and showcase inspiring fan stories, user‑generated content, and testimonials.
• Support live chats, virtual events, and occasional in‑person activations.
• Track engagement metrics, sentiment, and feedback to refine community strategy.
• Monitor online trends and apply best practices for innovative engagement.
• Build relationships with top fans and moderators to expand the reach and positivity of our online spaces.
• Collaborate with Social Media, Creative, and Marketing teams to integrate community‑driven content.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in community management, social engagement, or a similar role within entertainment, creator economy, or digital brands.
• Strong writing ability with a warm, mission‑driven voice.
• Proven track record of launching programs that grow audience engagement and loyalty.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast‑moving environment.
