Senior Manager, Client Services

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager, Client Services to own the end‑to‑end lifecycle of brand partnership campaigns, from qualified opportunity through delivery, reporting, renewal and expansion. You will act as the bridge between sales and execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget and exceed client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full campaign lifecycle, driving clear next steps, internal ownership and client alignment.
• Manage proposal readiness, scope definition, internal approvals, timeline feasibility and deal momentum.
• Lead the client experience during active campaigns, setting expectations, communicating proactively and surfacing risks early.
• Collaborate with Production, Creative, Marketing, Analytics, Legal, Finance, Talent and Leadership to ensure feasibility, profitability and brand safety.
• Monitor campaign progress to prevent stalls, drift or client neglect and drive renewal and expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex, high‑value brand partnership or client services programs.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on delivering margin and long‑term client value.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross‑functional teams.
• Ability to anticipate risks, enforce execution discipline and keep campaigns on schedule.
