Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Growth Manager to own all new‑customer marketing and acquisition for our premium dietary supplement brand. This full‑time, remote position reports to the leadership team and requires daily overlap with Colorado Mountain Time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage content that drives customer acquisition.
• Oversee media buying and spend across Meta, Google, podcasts, AppLovin, streaming video, newsletters and other channels.
• Drive key acquisition initiatives across multiple channels.
• Maintain accountability for efficient acquisition and rapid creative‑testing velocity.
• Expand channels while upholding strong measurement discipline and profitability guardrails.

Required profile

• Proven experience in digital media buying.
• Strong track record in creative campaign direction.
• Demonstrated success managing acquisition‑focused content.
• Experience managing spend across multiple digital channels.
• Track record of driving acquisition initiatives across channels.
• Performance‑marketing background with accountability for efficiency.
• Experience with creative‑testing velocity and channel expansion.
• Expertise in measurement discipline and maintaining profitability guardrails.

What we offer

• $7,000 – $8,000 per month base plus incentives.
• Full‑time, fully remote work.
• Daily crossover hours with Colorado MT required; mandatory Tuesday noon MT meeting.
• 20 days PTO plus public holidays.
• Gross salary; contractor responsible for local tax compliance.
