Community Manager – District 1860

About the role

Greystar is seeking a Community Manager for District 1860 to oversee day‑to‑day operations of the assigned property. The role involves managing staff, financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies and housing regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and monitor property budgets, analyze financial statements and market data.
• Set rent rates, collect payments, prepare monthly financial reports and manage bank deposits.
• Approve vendor invoices, verify insurance certificates, and coordinate with accounting.
• Control expenditures, manage petty cash and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Oversee lease administration, including applicant approvals, renewals, inspections, evictions and fee collection.
• Analyze market trends and implement leasing and marketing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals.
• Promote resident satisfaction and retention through effective communication and service delivery.

Required profile

• Experience in multifamily property management or community management.
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing, ADA, Fair Credit Reporting Act and related regulations.
• Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
