Communications Intern

About the role

Crossroads Bible Church is looking for a creative, organized, and collaborative Communications Intern to support the Communications Team in sharing the church’s ministry and message. This seasonal internship offers hands‑on experience in digital media, social media, photography, graphic design, and print production.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with weekly communications projects, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
• Create and publish content for social media, the website, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Support graphic design and printing of sermon notes, handouts, posters, and other materials.
• Capture and edit photography for services, events, and storytelling.
• Collaborate with staff and ministry leads to develop communication materials for events and programs.

Required profile

• Growing relationship with Jesus Christ and desire to serve the local church through creative communication.
• Strong interest in communications, marketing, digital media, photography, or related fields.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Required skills

• Basic experience with graphic design and social media platforms.
• Photography and basic video editing.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, InDesign, Premiere Pro).
• Experience using Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
