Commercial Finance Lead, Americas

About the role

The Commercial Finance Lead, Americas will serve as the primary finance partner to the Americas Sales organization at Jacuzzi Group. You will validate business cases, support pricing and deal decisions, and provide forward‑looking forecasts that drive profitable growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the dedicated finance partner to Americas Sales leadership, embedding finance in commercial decision‑making.
• Build, report on, and manage the end‑to‑end commercial P&L for the Americas, driving gross‑margin improvement by channel.
• Support pricing strategy, deal governance, and discount discipline in line with guidelines from the CEO, CFO, and CCO.
• Lead the deal‑desk for non‑standard or large commercial transactions.
• Deliver rolling 12‑month revenue and margin forecasts, ensuring accuracy and visibility of risks and opportunities.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to counsel on SG&A spend and profitability initiatives.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in commercial finance, FP&A, pricing, or deal‑desk functions.
• Proven ability to partner directly with Sales leaders and influence pricing and deal outcomes.
• Comfortable operating with high autonomy and single‑threaded ownership.
• Strong business judgment to balance growth ambitions with profitability discipline.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
