Commercial Account Executive

About the role

The Commercial Account Executive will develop new commercial business and strengthen referral relationships for ServiceMaster by Neverman, focusing on high‑value verticals such as condo/HOA communities and senior living. This field‑based, hybrid position builds a pipeline of pre‑loss opportunities and positions the company as a trusted restoration partner.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a qualified pipeline of new commercial accounts and referral relationships.
• Develop deep relationships with property managers, HOA leaders, senior‑living operators and other decision‑makers.
• Conduct site visits, discovery meetings, Lunch & Learns and co‑marketing events to generate pre‑loss sales.
• Maintain consistent field activity, targeting ~50 client contacts per week and at least 3 qualified discovery meetings.
• Represent the company at association events, trade shows and community functions.

Required profile

• 3+ years of outside sales, business development or account management experience.
• Proven ability to prospect, develop relationships, manage a sales pipeline and generate new business.
• Self‑motivated, organized and comfortable working independently in the field while collaborating with a team.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout the assigned market.

Required skills

• Experience using a CRM to document activity and manage opportunities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and common business technology.
