Foot & Ankle Sales Associate - Columbus, OH

About the role

Stryker is hiring a Foot & Ankle Sales Associate in Columbus, OH, a field-based position offering hands-on experience in medical device sales with direct contact with surgeons, healthcare professionals and experienced sales leaders. Training takes place in the posted territory, and candidates must be open to relocating anywhere in the United States after training, based on business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Support surgical procedures by making sure products, instruments and implants are available and ready for case coverage.
• Educate surgeons, nurses and operating room staff on product use, functionality, updates and best practices.
• Visit customers in the assigned territory to support account needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Partner with Sales Representatives to build relationships with healthcare providers and support territory growth.
• Promote Foot & Ankle products by presenting features, functionality and differentiators.
• Manage inventory, build and maintain surgical instrument sets and process purchase orders and invoicing.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and healthcare regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; or an associate degree or healthcare-related certification (e.g., Certified Surgical Technologist, Physical Therapy certification) with at least 2 years of experience; or a high school diploma with at least 4 years of experience; or 4 years of active-duty military service.
• Ability to relocate anywhere in the United States after completing training.
• 80% travel requirement.
