CNC Machine Operator (All Levels)

About the role
We are seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will work on producing implants and instruments, following written work instructions and maintaining high quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines with minimal assistance.
- Adjust offsets to maintain dimensional integrity.
- Inspect own work using basic inspection tools.
- Document results accurately and report any process deviations.
- Follow GMP procedures, departmental SOPs, and safety policies.
- Support teammates, sales personnel, and perform any other duties assigned by the Team Leader.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Strong math skills.
- Some manufacturing experience; CNC machine experience preferred.
