About the role

The Finisher will join our production team to complete the final stages of product manufacturing. This hands‑on position focuses on deburring, cleaning, passivating, masking, blasting and mass finishing of plastic and metal components, ensuring each item meets strict quality and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform deburring, cleaning, passivation, masking, blasting and mass‑finishing operations on Level 1 products.
  • Follow written work instructions, SOPs and GMP procedures to meet production standards.
  • Document and report any process deviations to the team leader.
  • Maintain compliance with FDA, ISO and other regulatory requirements.
  • Support colleagues and sales personnel as needed.

Required profile

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to perform basic inspections.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work effectively with hands.
