CNA / Caregiver / Home Health Aide / PCA – Part‑Time

About the role

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring Direct Support Professionals, Caregivers, Personal Care Aides, Home Health Aides and Certified Nurse Assistants to provide compassionate, one‑on‑one support to clients in Independence, MO and surrounding areas. Positions are part‑time with flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and nail care.
• Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, laundry and bed making.
• Support mobility through ambulation assistance, transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
• Monitor vital signs, help with oral feeding and medication assistance.
• Engage clients in range‑of‑motion exercises and other therapeutic activities.

Required profile

• Valid certification for CNA, HHA, DSP or PCA as applicable.
• Ability to work flexible part‑time hours and PRN/fill‑in shifts.
• Commitment to delivering respectful, reliable care in a home setting.
