Clinical RN Manager

About the role

Exciting opportunity to join a new BAYADA office in Fort Wayne, IN as a Clinical RN Manager. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated Registered Nurse passionate about clinical excellence, team development, and patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, inspire and motivate clinical staff to provide outstanding patient care.
• Conduct clinical assessments and supervisory visits throughout Fort Wayne and surrounding areas.
• Develop individualized care plans and oversee implementation of services.
• Supervise and support RNs, PTs, OTs, SLPs and other field staff.
• Facilitate new hire orientation, onboarding and competency evaluations.
• Review and monitor clinical documentation within Home Care Home Base.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards and quality initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years experience as an RN.
• Prior Home Health and OASIS experience required.
• Acute care, medical‑surgical, and/or sub‑acute experience a plus.
• Strong clinical, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, families and interdisciplinary teams.
