About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver evidence‑based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans and manage documentation using the company’s EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular, paid case consultations with clinical leads.

Required profile

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA‑accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in the United States.
• Experience or strong interest in working with geriatric populations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with telehealth platforms.
• Comfort using electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Familiarity with AI‑assisted documentation tools.
