About the role
The Division of Behavioral Health & Recovery is hiring a Clinical Psychologist to work at the Alton Mental Health Center in Alton, Illinois. The psychologist will conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and provide treatment recommendations to multidisciplinary treatment teams.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and interpret intellectual, personality, and neuropsychological assessments for patients.
- Communicate assessment results and treatment recommendations to the treatment team, especially for patients with suspected dual diagnoses of mental illness and developmental or intellectual disability.
- Collaborate in comprehensive and annual treatment planning meetings, providing intelligence testing results when needed.
