About the role

The Clinical Pharmacist – Inpatient position at Cleveland Clinic Hillcrest Hospital provides part‑time, patient‑focused pharmacy services. You will ensure accurate, timely medication dispensing and support the multidisciplinary care team in a Magnet‑recognized hospital.

Key responsibilities

Verify medication orders and dispense drugs in compliance with state and federal regulations.
Document all pharmacy services accurately and promptly.
Participate in medication safety initiatives and maintain accreditation standards.
Provide education and training to students, residents, caregivers, and patients.
Direct staff as needed to ensure safe, efficient care.

Required profile

PharmD or Bachelor’s of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure as a Registered Pharmacist (RPh) or eligibility for reciprocity within 90 days of hire.
Preferred: Board Certification and completion of a PGY‑1 residency, fellowship, or relevant post‑graduate experience.

What we offer

Sign‑on bonus up to $10,000.
Relocation reimbursement up to $5,000.
