About the role

The Clinical Nurse (RN) provides hands‑on, evidence‑based care to patients at the Tri‑Valley GI Clinic. Working a full‑time day shift, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Key responsibilities

• Establish therapeutic relationships with patients and families, offering emotional support and education.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, interpret data, and formulate nursing diagnoses.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Coordinate care with physicians, advanced practice providers, and support staff.
• Teach patients and families self‑care techniques to prevent complications.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Required profile

• Current California RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS may be required depending on cost center.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and licensure maintenance.
• Ability to deliver family‑centered, culturally sensitive care.
