Cardiac Holter Monitoring Supervisor – Pleasanton

About the role

The Clinical Holter Monitoring Supervisor will lead a team of 12‑15 specialists in a cardiac telemetry service center, overseeing the ECG Solutions Holter product. This full‑time, office‑based position works Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:00 pm PST with a holiday rotation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day operations of the Holter Monitoring team, ensuring efficient workflow, high quality performance, and excellent customer support.
• Supervise, coach, and develop employees through performance management, onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development.
• Monitor operational metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance team effectiveness and service delivery.
• Support daily department functions via rotating assignments such as shared mailbox oversight, phone queue management, technician support, and workflow coverage.
• Partner with leadership to maintain staffing coverage and ensure compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Required profile

• 1+ year experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years with vocational education in clinical operations, ECG monitoring and analysis; leadership experience preferred.
• Active CRAT or CCT certification, RN license, or licensed paramedic with current ACLS certification.
• Strong communication, people‑leadership, and ability to thrive in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• ECG rhythm interpretation.
• Advanced computer proficiency, especially Microsoft Office suite.
