Clinical Employee Rotational Program for Undergraduates

About the role

Lilly is seeking undergraduate students in life sciences or related fields to join a Clinical Employee Rotational Program. Participants will gain hands‑on experience across multiple areas of clinical drug development while contributing to real projects.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with clinical trial planning, design, and investigator selection.
• Support patient recruitment, enrollment, and clinical diagnostics.
• Contribute to data analysis, data management, and statistical reporting.
• Help manage clinical systems, medical writing, documentation, and supply logistics.
• Participate in budgeting, financial management, and training activities.

Required profile

• Enrolled in an undergraduate program in life sciences, pharmaceutical sciences or a related discipline.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without sponsorship.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with clinical trial planning and design.
• Knowledge of patient recruitment and enrollment processes.
• Familiarity with clinical diagnostic and laboratory science.
• Basic skills in clinical statistics, data analysis, and data management.
• Ability to use clinical systems and manage documentation.
• Exposure to medical writing and clinical supply logistics.
• Understanding of clinical trial budgeting and financial management.
• Experience using AI tools (generative AI platforms, automation, AI‑assisted analytics).
