CTDP Graduate Intern – Clinical Design, Delivery & Analytics

About the role

Lilly’s Clinical Talent Development Internship offers graduate students the chance to work within the Clinical Design, Delivery and Analytics (CDDA) organization, supporting the planning and execution of clinical development programs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in clinical trial planning, design, and investigator selection.
• Support patient recruitment, enrollment, and clinical diagnostic activities.
• Contribute to clinical systems management, medical writing, and documentation.
• Participate in clinical supply logistics, budgeting, and financial management.
• Engage with AI tools to enhance data analysis and research workflows.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a graduate program in biology, chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences or related field.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without sponsorship.
• Team player with strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with clinical trial planning and design.
• Familiarity with medical writing and documentation.
• Data analysis and management skills.
• Use of AI tools (generative AI platforms, automation or AI‑assisted research tools).
