Clinical Data Management Specialist (Hybrid)

About the role

The Specialist will create and execute Quality Control (QC) testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) procedures for electronic data capture systems, in‑life data review reports, and clinical data management databases. All activities are performed in compliance with the company’s SOPs and ICH‑GCP guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run QC and UAT test scripts for EDC, electronic devices, diaries and IVR/IWRS systems.
• Report and document testing results accurately.
• Partner with functional area representatives to ensure consistent use of database standards and project‑level specifications.
• Write standard and trial‑specific test scripts and provide peer reviews of UAT documentation.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines throughout testing activities.

Required profile

• B.S. degree in mathematics, science, health‑care or computer science.
• 2+ years of system development lifecycle management or system validation experience.
• Knowledge of database design, development and the clinical development process.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities; ability to work cross‑functionally under pressure.
