Clinical Data Management Internship

About the role

Lilly is seeking a Clinical Data Management intern to support ongoing clinical trials or innovation projects, gaining hands‑on experience in data collection, quality, and analytics within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of processes and procedures within the Data and Analytics business unit.
• Identify key data points, create metrics, and generate ad‑hoc reports for clinical trials.
• Analyze clinical data reports to highlight trends and support study teams in maintaining trial health.
• Assist in developing and implementing solutions to improve data efficiencies.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Health/Life Sciences, Health Administration, Public Health, or Epidemiology with expected graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028.
• Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis without sponsorship.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Excel or PowerBI.
• Exposure to programming languages such as R, Python, or SQL.
