About the role

The Clinical Ambulatory Pharmacist II provides specialized medication management for patients in Baptist Health’s ambulatory pharmacy services. This full‑time position focuses on reviewing medication regimens, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring high‑quality, compliant patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Review and optimize patients’ medication regimens in an ambulatory setting.
• Collaborate with pharmacists, technicians, and clinic staff to deliver coordinated care.
• Maintain compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support patient satisfaction and uphold Baptist Health’s culture of care.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy (Doctorate preferred).
• Active Registered Pharmacist license.
• Basic Life Support certification.
• Completion of an ASHP‑accredited pharmacy practice residency or certifications such as BCPS, BCMTMs, BCACP, CSP (highly desirable).
