Client Success Manager (Hybrid)

About the role

Join The HOTH’s HOTH X team as a Client Success Manager, guiding customers through a managed SEO service. You’ll be the primary contact for clients with active campaigns, helping them achieve higher rankings and traffic.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with clients via phone and email for onboarding, consultations, and ongoing support.
• Analyze SEO data and reports to provide strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate with sales, fulfillment, and production teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss updates and SEO trends.
• Continue education and training in digital marketing.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of customer service or client experience, primarily over the phone.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time‑management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Team‑player mindset with ambition to learn and grow.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Excel formulas and spreadsheet analysis.
