Client Solutions Manager (Technology)

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Client Solutions Manager (Technology) in Irvine, California. You will develop your own client base by marketing contract talent solutions and place well-matched candidates to fulfill client job orders, while maintaining close contact with clients and contract professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own client base by marketing contract talent solutions using your technology and/or recruiting background
• Market through video, telephone and in-person and virtual meetings with C-level executives and key decision makers
• Take part in local association and networking events to strengthen Robert Half's presence in the local business community
• Select well-matched candidates for client job orders and keep ongoing contact with clients and assigned professionals
• Resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of business-to-business development experience and/or in an IT-related field preferred
• Strong desire to build a career in business development, with proven closing skills and the ability to build client relationships
• Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a sense of urgency
• Proven track record of success, competitive and self-motivated

What we offer

• Salary range of $70,304 to $85,000, negotiable depending on experience and location
• Bonus based on achievement of performance objectives
