Client Solutions Director - Management Resources

About the role

Robert Half is recruiting a Client Solutions Director for its Management Resources practice in Irvine, California. You will cultivate project and business consulting opportunities within finance and accounting, human resources and operations, and business systems and transformation. The role suits a confident, motivated person with strong communication skills who enjoys a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Present services through video, telephone and in-person meetings with new and existing clients.
• Build enterprise-wide relationships with key stakeholders to pitch Robert Half's offerings for complex client initiatives needing senior-level professionals.
• Research hiring trends, the labor market and the competitor landscape.
• Deliver and analyze marketplace insights and industry trends so clients view you as a trusted business advisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field, ideally finance or accounting; CPA and/or MBA a plus.
• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Public/industry accounting, finance or professional services experience a plus.
• Excellent negotiation, conflict management, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong relationship-building and persuasion skills at all organizational levels.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Salesforce or another CRM system is a plus.

• Salary range of $80,000 to $100,000, negotiable by experience and location, with a performance-based bonus.
