Client Solutions Manager (Marketing & Creative)

About the role

Robert Half is hiring a Client Solutions Manager in Westwood, California, for its marketing and creative clients. You will use your background in graphic design, marketing, advertising and corporate communications to develop your own client base and deliver contract talent solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and grow your own client base by marketing contract talent solutions through video, telephone and in-person or virtual meetings with C-level executives and key decision makers.
• Take part in local association and networking events to strengthen Robert Half's presence in the local business community.
• Select well-matched candidates for client job orders and keep ongoing contact with client companies and contract professionals on assignment.
• Resolve customer service issues quickly and efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Meet and exceed weekly business development goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree preferred; a major in Marketing, Design or IT desired.
• 2+ years of business-to-business development experience, or experience in marketing, branding, advertising, public relations or creative design.
• Strong desire to build a career in business development, with proven closing skills and the ability to build client relationships.
• A combination of business development and account management skills.
• Ability to multi-task and persist in a fast-paced, urgent environment.
• Proven track record of success, competitive and self-motivated.

What we offer

• Salary range of $70,304 to $72,000, negotiable depending on experience and location.
• Bonus eligibility based on achievement of performance objectives.
